This Privacy Policy was updated on August 31, 2026.
Thank you for visiting our site, which is part of the Eirene Laboratories Inc. family of brands and brand sites (“Eirene Labs”, "Eirene", “us”, “our” or “we”). At Eirene Labs, we take the protection of your personal data from the use of our website very seriously.
As part of this commitment, we have created this policy to provide you with information about how we collect, use, or share your personal information from our sites, mobile applications and social media pages (collectively called the “Sites”); and choices you are provided with respect to the use of your personal information. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you understand that we will use your user information in accordance with this the terms of this policy.
Our websites also may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of third-party websites and other partners, and our privacy notice does not apply to any sites that are not affiliated with Eirene, even if you access them via a link on our site. You should review the privacy policies of any third-party site before providing any information.
You can use our website without disclosing your personal data. However, providing your personal data might be necessary if you request certain services or information from us, or asking for more information about our products and/or services, and by doing so you provide your consent for such collection.
We collects, processes and uses your personal data for the purposes of providing you with information that respond to your enquiry and use and management of the web site in general.
We only collect and store the Personal Data necessary to provide you with your desired services or products. Depending on the circumstances, the following are the types of Personal Data you might provide us:
- Name and contact information for you individually or as an organization/institution.
- Payment information.
- Usage information, such as which our products and services you utilize, when and how you access or use our products and services, error reports, web analytics (cookies) and performance data.
- Device and network information, such as your IP address and operating system.
- The content of your communications to us, such as feedback and technical support requests.
Our products and services may use location data selected by a user or allowed through operating-system controls to provide requested functionality. Some functions are prepared on the device and can continue without optional remote services.
Optional remote services. Where supported, optional remote services can be managed separately from device-based features. While enabled, a product or service may transmit installation or service identifiers, delivery tokens, operating-environment information, location data, and limited scheduling and presentation data needed for the requested delivery. Credentials used for the service are protected using platform security and limited to their intended purpose. This information is linked to the installation for product functionality. It is not used for advertising, cross-product tracking or sale.
Remote updates are processed through platform services and cloud infrastructure hosted in Canada. Network services may process an IP address and derive an approximate network location for delivery, abuse prevention, security and operational diagnostics. Active registration data is retained while the remote service remains enabled and operationally necessary. Turning off the remote service requests deletion of the active registration and associated remote-delivery records without disabling device-based functions. Invalid or expired records may also be removed during normal service maintenance. If a product was removed before the remote service was disabled, a deletion request may be submitted using the contact information below.
Optional user-sent diagnostics. No diagnostic data is transmitted unless a user chooses to send it and confirms the reviewed report. A basic report may include software version information and limited operational-health data. If the user separately includes device context, the report may also include location information, device characteristics, display information and storage availability. The service may retain the server-observed IP address with the submission for security and approximate location identification. Diagnostic submissions are retained for no longer than 30 days and are not used for advertising or tracking.
System permissions can be changed in the operating-system settings. Device-based and optional remote features have separate controls where supported. Consent to an optional remote service may be withdrawn without disabling device-based functions. Users may also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of submitted support information or an installation registration.
Access to your personal data is restricted to authorized users. Be assured that Eirene will not distribute or sell your personal data to third parties, without your permission to do so.
We provide personal information to our affiliates and other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
We will share personal information outside of Eirene if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
The security of your personal information is important to us.
We use physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to prevent unauthorized use, sharing, loss and theft of information.
Our security practices continually evolve with industry-standard controls intended to protect the integrity and confidentiality of our systems and information. The protections depend on the service and do not mean that every record is end-to-end encrypted.
For example, submitted information is encrypted in transit, cloud storage encryption is used at rest where applicable, and scoped tokens or credentials are used for authentication.
Our website is located in Canada. Your personal data are hosted by a third party who acts on our behalf, is responsible to Eirene and which participates and has certified its adherence to the Canadian Privacy Laws.
We further store your personal data only as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which it has been collected or as required by law (e.g. for tax, legal, accounting or other purposes). For personal data stored for marketing purposes, the retention period shall depend of the shelf life of the product or service for which they were collected.
